Privacy policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This page explains what ICC Charts stores about you and why.
What we store
- Account: your email, name and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Devices: a random device id, the device name and type, and the IP address of logins, used to enforce your plan's device limit and to protect your account.
- Plan and payments: your plan, its expiry and the payment details you submit (for example a transaction id).
- MT5 bridge: if you use it, your MT5 login number and the order events the EA reports (placed, filled, closed, errors), so the terminal can show them.
- Assistant: how many questions you asked each day, for your plan's daily limit. The questions themselves are not saved.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We never ask for your broker password; the MT5 bridge runs on your own MetaTrader terminal.
Where it is kept
On ICC Charts' own server. Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data to protect and speed up the site.
Your choices
You can ask support to correct or delete your account and its data. Some payment records may be kept where the law requires it.
Contact
Use the support contact shown in the terminal or on the pricing section.
