By creating an account or using ICC Charts (the website, web terminal, Android and Windows apps and the MT5 bridge) you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Keep your login private. Your plan sets how many devices can use your account at the same time.
• One person per account. Sharing or reselling access can lead to the account being closed.

Plans and payments

• Prices, plan features and payment methods are shown in the terminal and may change. A change never shortens time you have already paid for.
• Paid time starts when the payment is confirmed. Contact support about payment problems.

The service

• We work to keep ICC Charts online and correct, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it is always available, error free or that its data is complete.
• Market data comes from brokers' feeds and may differ from your own broker's prices.
• Read the risk disclaimer: nothing in ICC Charts is financial advice.

Limits of liability

ICC Charts is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or other losses that come from using, or not being able to use, the service, including orders placed by the MT5 bridge on your account.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape, resell or try to break the service, its data or other users' accounts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use ICC Charts means you accept it.
