How do I start?
Open the terminal, continue with Google or Facebook (or as a guest), pick a market and switch on the layers in the ICT menu. A new account starts on the free plan.
How do I install the Android app?
Download the APK on the Apps page, open it, allow installing from your browser if Android asks, and press Install. Then sign in and allow notifications.
I do not get phone notifications.
Allow notifications for ICC Charts in the phone settings, sign in to the app, and switch on Send alerts to my phone → Phone app (and Model signals too). Some phones also need ICC Charts allowed in the battery settings.
How do I select all ICT, VSA or Wolf models at once?
In the Signals tab press ICT models, VSA Models or Wolf models. Press again to clear the family.
What are the VSA bias and the DXY switch?
The VSA bias is a trend filter on the symbol (M5 SMA 200 and EMA 50 on four timeframes) for every VSA model. DXY is a separate switch that keeps only the VSA signals the dollar index agrees with.
How do I get alerts for new signals?
In Signals → Signal alerts switch on Alert me on new setups and pick the grade. For alerts while the terminal is closed, switch on Model signals too under Send alerts to my phone, or WhatsApp auto notify.
Can an alert stop by itself?
Yes. Choose an Expiration (1 day to 3 months) when you create a price alert.
How do I change the theme?
Choose one of the seven themes (Navy Gold, Midnight, Emerald, Paper, Dark, Indigo, Light) in the settings menu (⋮) on the computer, or in Menu › Theme on the phone. The chart colours change too, and the theme is saved on that phone or browser.
How do I show or hide the clocks?
The clocks show UTC, UTC+3 (Istanbul · Riyadh) and UTC+5 (Karachi · Tashkent) with seconds: in the bottom bar on the computer, and above the chart and the watchlist on the phone. Switch them off or on in Menu › Clocks: UTC, UTC+3, UTC+5.
How do I save my layout?
Click the layout name in the top bar → Save or Save as…, or press Ctrl+S. Everything is also saved to your account automatically.
How do I practise with bar replay?
Press Bar Replay, choose a bar, a date, the first bar or a random one, then play and trade with Buy, Sell and Flatten.
The chart is empty or stops updating.
Check your internet and reload. If one symbol has no data, its market may be closed (weekend) or the feed busy for a moment.
I see a lock on a model or feature.
Your plan does not include it. Open the account button → Upgrade or renew.
My drawings are gone.
Check that you are signed in to the same account, and that the drawing is not hidden on this interval (Visibility in its settings).
Does ICC Charts trade for me?
Only through the MT5 bridge on your own MetaTrader 5, for approved models and plans that include it. Start on a demo account.
Are the signals guaranteed?
No. Setups follow fixed rules and many lose. Past results do not promise future results. Read the risk disclaimer.
How do I pay or renew?
Inside the terminal: account button → Upgrade or renew. The payment methods are listed there.
What does the risk score of the master account mean?
It shows how much the account can move in one day: 1 is very calm, 10 is very risky. It comes from the daily results of the last 60 trading days (the loss that 95% of the days stayed under), and an account with a drawdown over 40% gets at least 7. A high score means big swings both ways: copy with a small lot size, or not at all. See Copy trading.
What does “If you had copied” show?
In Copy Trading › Overview type an amount and choose since when (1M to All): you see what it would be worth now and the lowest and highest value on the way. It is the master's % result on your amount, before fees, spreads and slippage, and it does not promise future results.
Is my account the same on the web and in the apps?
Yes. The website, the Android app and the Windows app share your account, plan, charts and alerts.
