The rule
- Any paid plan payment, a new plan or a renewal, can be refunded in full within 7 days of the payment date, for any reason.
- After 7 days that payment is not refunded, but nothing renews by itself: your plan simply runs until its expiry date and then returns to the free plan.
- When a payment is refunded, the plan it paid for ends at the same time.
- The free plan, the free tools and the Chart Challenge game cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
How to ask
Email [email protected] (or use the WhatsApp button) within 7 days of paying, from the email of your ICC Charts account, with the payment reference (for example the transaction id or the crypto transaction hash). No reason is needed.
How and when you get the money
- We answer within 2 working days and send the refund to the same method you paid with, usually within 5-10 working days after that, depending on your bank or wallet.
- Crypto payments are returned in the same coin and network to the address you give us; the network fee of the refund transaction is taken from the amount.
- Fees charged by your bank, card or wallet provider for the original payment may not come back.
Fair use
If refunds are clearly misused, for example buying and refunding again and again, we may decline new purchases from that account. Your rights under the consumer laws of your country are not limited by this policy.
